Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
  • Pickled cucumber, finely chopped (use a generous amount to give the sharp flavor desired)
  • A little lemon juice
  • Mayonnaise
  • A pinch of salt

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients except the mayonnaise.
  2. Add mayonnaise to reach the desired consistency and mix again.
  3. Chill the tartar sauce in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
