- Chicken pieces
- Marinade:
- Yogurt
- Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- Vinegar
- Chicken seasoning
- Ground cinnamon
- Paprika
- Vegetable oil
- Aromatics / extras: carrots, onions, rosemary, basil, etc.

Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients.
- Pierce the chicken pieces with a knife so they absorb as much of the marinade as possible while soaking, and to help them cook faster.
- Marinate the chicken for as long as possible, for at least two hours.
- Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray with aromatics as desired and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
- Put the tray into the oven and cook until the chicken is done.
- Remove the aluminum foil and brown the chicken on top.
