  • Chicken pieces
  • Marinade:
  • Yogurt
  • Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Vinegar
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Paprika
  • Vegetable oil
  • Aromatics / extras: carrots, onions, rosemary, basil, etc.

Method

  1. Mix all the marinade ingredients.
  2. Pierce the chicken pieces with a knife so they absorb as much of the marinade as possible while soaking, and to help them cook faster.
  3. Marinate the chicken for as long as possible, for at least two hours.
  4. Place the chicken pieces on a baking tray with aromatics as desired and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
  5. Put the tray into the oven and cook until the chicken is done.
  6. Remove the aluminum foil and brown the chicken on top.
