Oven-roasted chicken marinade — absolutely delicious, give it a try

Chicken pieces

Marinade:

Yogurt

Mayonnaise

1 tablespoon tomato paste

Vinegar

Chicken seasoning

Ground cinnamon

Paprika

Vegetable oil

Aromatics / extras: carrots, onions, rosemary, basil, etc.

Mix all the marinade ingredients.
Pierce the chicken pieces with a knife so they absorb more marinade while marinating and cook faster.
Marinate the chicken in this mixture for as long as possible, at least 2 hours.
Place the chicken pieces in a baking tray with the aromatics as desired and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
Bake the tray in the oven until the chicken is cooked through.
Remove the foil and brown the chicken on top.
