How to Make Chicken Kabsa

- 1 onion
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Kabsa spice mix
- 1 teaspoon chicken spice
- 1 chicken stock cube
- salt
- 6 bone-in chicken pieces - adjust quantity as desired

Method
- Sauté the finely chopped onion, add the garlic and sauté until softened, then add the chopped tomatoes.
- Add the Kabsa spices, chicken spice, chicken stock cube, and salt to taste...
- Add the chicken pieces to fry with the mixture until they take the desired color, then add enough water to cover the ingredients.
