Ingredients
- 1 kilo chicken breast, washed and drained
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon yogurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Carrots
- Colored bell pepper
- Mushrooms - optional
- A pinch of white pepper
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of oregano
- A pinch of turmeric
- A pinch of ginger powder
- 2 cups cooking cream
Method
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips.
- Add the olive oil, vinegar, yogurt, and mustard, and mix well. Leave the chicken to marinate for about an hour.
- After the time is up, stir the chicken in a pot over the heat until the juices it releases evaporate.
- Then add the chopped carrots, bell pepper strips, and chopped mushrooms, lower the heat, and stir occasionally.
- Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, add the spices, ginger, herbs, and cream, and stir.
- Let them boil for 5 minutes over medium heat, then remove from the heat.Timers: 5 min
- Serve the chicken and vegetables with curry and cream alongside white rice or pasta boiled and sautéed with a little butter and a pinch of salt and oregano.
