Pizza Dough Without Oil

- 4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 3/4 cups lukewarm water
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
- Pizza sauce
- 1 grated tomato (or 1 cup crushed tomatoes)
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- Olive oil
- Tomato paste or concentrated tomato jam
- Oregano (or wild thyme)
- Toppings: mixed chopped vegetables (tomato, onion, bell pepper, olives, mushrooms)

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Start preparing the pizza dough by mixing all the dry ingredients, then add the lukewarm water and yogurt.
- Knead the dough ingredients until you obtain a soft, smooth dough.
- Set the pizza dough aside to let it rise.
- Begin preparing the pizza sauce.
- Put olive oil on the heat with the onion and garlic and sauté briefly, then add the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper, oregano, and a little water.
- Stir the ingredients, cover, and let them simmer briefly until you get the sauce.
- Cut the dough into rounds according to the desired size, roll them out, spread with sauce, sprinkle with cheese and chopped vegetables, and place in a hot oven for several minutes until cooked.
