- 2 cups peas
- 2 potatoes
- 1 cup cooked chickpeas
- 1 cup fine brown bulgur
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 1/2 cup white flour
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Moroccan spice mix
- Knead slightly and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then form the mixture into regular burger patties; coat the patties with flour on both sides to prevent them from falling apart during frying.
