  • 2 cups carrots
  • 2 cups peas
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 cup cooked chickpeas
  • 1 cup fine brown bulgur
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 1/2 cup white flour
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon burger seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Moroccan spice mix
  • Knead slightly and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for at least an hour, then form the mixture into regular burger patties; coat the patties with flour on both sides to prevent them from falling apart during frying.

Method

  1. Put the cooked chickpeas, peas, carrots, and boiled potatoes, whether frozen or cooked, into a blender or electric grinder...
  2. Grind them a little, then add the dry ingredients: bulgur, flour, ground rusks, salt, and spices...
  3. Knead briefly and leave the mixture in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then shape it into regular burger patties. Coat the patties in flour on both sides to make sure the burgers do not fall apart while frying..
