An excellent homemade chicken tray bake. Everyone roasts chicken, but the secret to success is keeping it tender... here is this wonderful marinade!

Oven-baked roasted chicken tray.. one of the recipes we all love.. Do you want to get tender, juicy chicken?!! Because chicken sometimes dries out during roasting and loses some of its flavor...! Let's learn this method

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • Chicken pieces
  • Salt
  • Lemon
  • Vinegar
  • Flour
  • Marinade
  • Chicken seasoning, 1 tablespoon (contains salt)
  • Sweet pepper molasses, 1 tablespoon
  • A pinch of dried coriander
  • Turmeric, 1 teaspoon
  • Half a cup of yogurt
  • Quarter cup vinegar
  • Half a cup of water, or 1 cup as needed
  • Bay leaves
  • Cinnamon stick
  • 2 cardamom pods
  • Chopped carrot

Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Rub the chicken with salt, lemon, and vinegar, then wash it
  2. Rub it with flour and wash it again with water
  3. Let the chicken drain well, then soak it in the marinade after mixing all its ingredients together
  4. Leave the chicken to marinate overnight or for at least 2 hours
    Timers: 120 min
  5. Place the chicken in a tray, cover it with aluminum foil, then bake it in the oven at 200°C
  6. Spoon the juices from the tray over the chicken every 15 minutes to get tender, juicy chicken
    Timers: 15 min
  7. Serve the chicken tray bake hot
