Ingredients:

Chicken pieces Salt Lemon Vinegar Flour The marinade: Chicken seasoning, 1 tablespoon (contains salt) Sweet pepper molasses, 1 tablespoon A pinch of dried coriander Turmeric, 1 teaspoon Half a cup of yogurt Quarter cup vinegar Half a cup of water, or 1 cup as needed Bay leaves Cinnamon stick 2 cardamom pods Chopped carrot

Preparation method:

Rub the chicken with salt, lemon, and vinegar, then wash it
Rub it with flour and wash it again with water
Let the chicken drain well, then soak it in the marinade after mixing all its ingredients together
Leave the chicken to marinate overnight or for at least 2 hours
Place the chicken in a tray, cover it with aluminum foil, then bake it in the oven at 200°C
Spoon the juices from the tray over the chicken every 15 minutes to get tender, juicy chicken
Serve the chicken tray bake hot
