Tartar Sauce
Tartar sauce is very easy to make, tangy in flavor, and best served with fish. Make it at home instead of buying it ready-made!

Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- Half a bunch of parsley, finely chopped
- Pickled cucumber, finely chopped (use a generous amount to give the sharp flavor desired)
- A little lemon juice
- Mayonnaise
- A pinch of salt

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Mix all ingredients except the mayonnaise.
- Add mayonnaise to reach the desired consistency and mix again.
- Chill the tartar sauce in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
