Ingredients

  • 1 kilo chicken breast, washed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • Carrots
  • Colored bell pepper
  • Mushrooms - optional
  • A pinch of white pepper
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of oregano
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • A pinch of ginger powder
  • 2 cups cooking cream

Method

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes or strips.
  2. Add the olive oil, vinegar, yogurt, and mustard, and mix well. Leave the chicken to marinate for about an hour.
  3. After the time is up, stir the chicken in a pot over the heat until the juices it releases evaporate.
  4. Then add the chopped carrots, bell pepper strips, and chopped mushrooms, lower the heat, and stir occasionally.
  5. Once the chicken and vegetables are cooked, add the spices, ginger, herbs, and cream, and stir.
  6. Let them boil for 5 minutes over medium heat, then remove from the heat.

  7. Serve the chicken and vegetables with curry and cream alongside white rice or pasta boiled and sautéed with a little butter and a pinch of salt and oregano.
