Method
- Put a little oil in a frying pan over the heat... sprinkle a little salt on the steak, then place it in the oil for one minute on each side.
- Remove the steak from the pan and place it on a baking tray.
- Crush the garlic and mix it with vinegar, soy sauce, parsley, and pepper, then pour it over the steak.
- Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil and put it in the oven at 200°C.
- When the meat is cooked, cut the vegetables into medium-sized pieces, then take the steak out of the oven. Pour a little steak broth into a bowl, place the vegetables over the steak, and pour the broth we set aside over them so they absorb the flavor.
- Cover the tray again with foil and return the steak and vegetable tray to the oven for just five minutes.
