Dough ingredients:

4 cups flour
1 teaspoon yeast
4 tablespoons powdered milk
1 teaspoon sugar
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon white vinegar
For filling:
Spinach, washed and chopped
1 can feta cheese
1 tablespoon cream cheese
Salt
Black pepper
Olive oil

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 4 tablespoons powdered milk
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- For the filling:
- washed, chopped spinach
- a container of feta cheese
- 1 tablespoon cream cheese
- salt
- black pepper
- olive oil
Method
- Place the spinach in boiling water and let it boil for only two minutes.
- Drain the spinach and squeeze it well, then add the container of feta and the cream cheese with black pepper and olive oil.
- Take a piece of dough, roll it out lengthwise and place a long rope of filling on one edge of the dough, roll it only once, then trim and cut the dough into finger shapes...
- After shaping, brush the top of the dough with oil flavored with garlic or chili...
- Bake in a preheated oven and serve with garlic sauce, lemon, and oil as desired.
