Dough ingredients:

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon yeast

4 tablespoons powdered milk

1 teaspoon sugar

A pinch of salt

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 tablespoon white vinegar

For filling:

Spinach, washed and chopped

1 can feta cheese

1 tablespoon cream cheese

Salt

Black pepper

Olive oil

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon yeast
  • 4 tablespoons powdered milk
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • For the filling:
  • washed, chopped spinach
  • a container of feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

Method

  1. Place the spinach in boiling water and let it boil for only two minutes.
  2. Drain the spinach and squeeze it well, then add the container of feta and the cream cheese with black pepper and olive oil.
  3. Take a piece of dough, roll it out lengthwise and place a long rope of filling on one edge of the dough, roll it only once, then trim and cut the dough into finger shapes...
  4. After shaping, brush the top of the dough with oil flavored with garlic or chili...
  5. Bake in a preheated oven and serve with garlic sauce, lemon, and oil as desired.
