Dough ingredients:

4 cups flour

\r\n

1 teaspoon yeast

\r\n

4 tablespoons powdered milk

\r\n

1 teaspoon sugar

\r\n

A pinch of salt

\r\n

1 teaspoon baking powder

\r\n

1 tablespoon white vinegar

\r\n

For filling:

\r\n

Spinach, washed and chopped

\r\n

1 can feta cheese

\r\n

1 tablespoon cream cheese

\r\n

Salt

\r\n

Black pepper

\r\n

Olive oil

\r\n \r\n

Preparation:

\r\n

Blanch the spinach in boiling water for two minutes, then drain and squeeze dry. Add the feta and cream cheese with pepper and olive oil.

\r\n

Take a piece of dough, roll it out lengthwise, and place a long strip of filling along one edge. Roll once, trim, and cut the dough into finger-width pieces.

\r\n

After shaping, brush the surface with garlic- or pepper-flavored oil.

\r\n

Bake in a hot oven and serve with a garlic-lemon sauce and extra oil as desired.
