Ingredients
- Ten-minute dough:
- 2 tablespoons instant yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- a pinch of salt
- 5 cups flour
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons powdered milk
- 2 cups warm water
- Honeycomb filling:
- Feta cheese
- Olives
- Parsley
- Then add 3 cups of flour, the powdered milk, and the oil, knead the dough well and set it aside until use or you can use it immediately
- Prepare the filling: mix the feta cheese with chopped parsley and pitted, chopped olives
- Roll out the dough and cut it into medium-sized circles. Try to make the dough thin, not thick, so the honeycomb balls don't become just dough after baking
- Take each circle, put a little filling in it, close it into a small ball and arrange the balls next to each other in an oven tray
- Sprinkle the honeycomb tray with sesame and nigella seeds as desired
- Brush the tops of the balls with a little milk and place the tray in a hot oven for about 15 minutes
