Method
- Boil the potatoes, then mash them with the dry onion and fresh mint; add the fine bulgur that has been pre-soaked in water.
- Mix the ingredients and add salt, the cumin mix, and walnuts. Pound or mash all the ingredients, arrange them on a serving plate, and garnish with walnuts and olive oil
