Meatballs with Cheese and Cream

Ingredients

• 1/2 kilogram ground beef
• 1 onion, minced
• 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
• Spices: sweet baharat and black pepper
• Salt
• Boiled potatoes
• Chopped parsley
• Butter
• Cooking cream
• Milk
• Mozzarella cheese or any melting cheese

Method

1. Fry the onion until it browns slightly, then add the ground meat and spices, breaking it up until it cooks through and dries. Add a little of the sauce to the meat until it takes on a browned color.
2. Mash the potato with milk, salt, and butter, and shape it into balls.
3. In a baking dish, spread the ground meat, then place the mashed potato on top. Sprinkle with cheese, add the cream, sprinkle paprika spice, then put it in the oven.
