- 1/2 kilogram ground beef
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 teaspoon tomato sauce
- Spices: sweet baharat and black pepper
- Salt
- Boiled potatoes
- Chopped parsley
- Butter
- Cooking cream
- Milk
- Mozzarella cheese or any melting cheese
Method
- Fry the onion until it browns slightly, then add the ground meat and spices, breaking it up until it cooks through and dries. Add a little of the sauce to the meat until it takes on a browned color.
- Mash the potato with milk, salt, and butter, and shape it into balls.
- In a baking dish, spread the ground meat, then place the mashed potato on top. Sprinkle with cheese, add the cream, sprinkle paprika spice, then put it in the oven.
