- 1 3/4 cups warm water

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon salt

Method
- Sprinkle the yeast over the water and stir it with a fork. Add the oil then gradually add the flour, stirring with a wooden spoon. When the dough thickens, knead it well by hand until you get a soft, slightly sticky dough.
- Cover the dough and let it rise for 3 hours.
- After time has passed, divide the pizza dough into four portions..
- Take the first portion and stretch it by hand, then sprinkle a little fine semolina on the baking tray and place the dough on it... and set the tray on the stovetop.
- Brush the dough with finely mashed garlic, distribute the mushrooms then sprinkle mozzarella cheese... Leave it on the stovetop until the bottom browns, then bake it in the oven from the top only until the cheese melts well and takes color.
