- العجينة:
- كيلو طحين
- ملعقتان سكر كبار
- ملعقتان خميرة كبار
- ملعقتان حليب بودرة كبار
- رشة ملح
- ملعقتان كبار خل ابيض
- نصف كوب لبن زبادي
- نصف كوب زيت نباتي
- ماء حسب حاجة العجينة (فاترة غير ساخنة)

- بندورة معصورة مع عصيرها
- ثوم بودرة
- بصل بودرة
- رشة بهار اسود
- رشة اوريغانو

- ملاحظة:
- You can use the whey from yogurt (its liquid) instead of yogurt itself... for an extra-soft dough.

Method
- To make the dough... mix all the dry ingredients together, then add the vinegar, yogurt, and oil and stir.
- Finally, add the water gradually as needed and knead until you get a soft, smooth, not too firm dough....
- Let the dough rest in a warm place and cover it well.
- Put the pizza sauce ingredients in a pot over the heat and let them come to a boil and thicken, stirring every now and then.
- When the sauce reaches the desired thickness, remove it from the heat and let it cool while waiting for the dough to rise.
- Grease a baking tray with a little oil and spread a thin layer of dough, or as desired... You can also spread the dough on a clean surface in the shape of the tray, then transfer it into the tray and spread it out.
- Prick the dough all over with a fork so it does not puff up on top after baking... then spread a layer of sauce over it.
- Place the tray in a preheated oven on both top and bottom heat for only 5 minutes to dry it out.Timers: 5 min
- Remove it from the oven and sprinkle a light layer of mozzarella on top, then distribute the vegetables as desired. Finally, spread the mozzarella and kashkawan cheese over the top.
- Bake the pizza in the oven until the ingredients are cooked and the dough is golden on the bottom and the cheese is lightly browned on top.
