- Thick bread that can withstand heat
- Ground meat
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- A pinch of meat seasoning
- A pinch of black pepper
- Salt
- A pinch of sweet paprika
Method
- Place the washed and peeled tomatoes in a blender with the onion, green pepper, assorted spices, and salt; blend for two minutes, then add a little vegetable oil and pomegranate molasses.
- Put the tomato and vegetable mixture over the ground meat and mix well, then place it in a sieve; put a little of the filling inside bread loaves. Grease the baking tray with a little corn oil and also brush the top of the bread. Place the meat arayes in the oven on the middle rack, and after the meat is fully cooked, brown the tops.
