Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 kg bananas, boiled and mashed
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • Banana pancakes can be served with Nutella chocolate spread, honey, or as desired

Method

  1. Boil the bananas and mash them once they are cooked.
  2. Beat the eggs with the vanilla and sugar. You can reduce or increase the amount of sugar to taste.
  3. Add the melted butter, flour, salt, and baking powder, then pour in a little milk. Mix the ingredients well, then add the bananas. The amount of milk depends on how much the batter needs after adding the mashed bananas. Note that banana pancake batter is different from regular pancake batter because it is thicker and more cohesive.
  4. Banana pancakes can be served with Nutella chocolate, honey, or as desired.
