Recipe story

Apple cake is one of the tastiest cakes to which fruit is added. Apple has a distinctive flavor in any dessert it goes into. Our method is so easy, and of course apple's first companion is cinnamon for an aroma that is more delicious and an incredible taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 cup liquid milk
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of vanilla
  • 3 apples
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • For decoration:
  • Apple slices
  • Ground cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar

Method

  1. Beat the eggs well with the vanilla, then add the sugar and continue beating until it dissolves completely and the mixture turns white
  2. Add the milk and oil and beat again until the mixture is combined
  3. Add the sifted flour with the baking powder and salt and beat as well
  4. Add the peeled, chopped apples and cinnamon and stir by hand from top to bottom
  5. Grease a cake pan with butter and dust it with flour, then spread the cake batter inside it
  6. Bake the pan in the middle of a preheated oven at medium heat (170 to 180 degrees Celsius)
  7. Check the cake after half an hour (and do not open the oven at all before then so the cake does not fall) using a thin wooden skewer, and leave it in the oven for the time needed to cook through depending on the strength of the oven
  8. Let the apple cinnamon cake cool before decorating with apple slices, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and powdered sugar
