  • 4 potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 eggs, or as desired
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method

  1. Fry the potatoes cut into small cubes with dried onion.
  2. When the potatoes are cooked, remove them and set them aside...
  3. Mix the fried potatoes with the parsley and egg mixture, a pinch of salt and black pepper, and pour the mixture into a nonstick frying pan greased with a little vegetable oil.
  4. When the potato-and-egg loaf browns on the bottom, flip it onto a second hot tray and brown the other side, and when it cools cut it.
  5. Serve the potato and egg loaf alongside a green salad.
