- Boneless chicken breast
- Chicken cleaning soak:
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- A little vinegar
- A small piece of fresh ginger, pounded
- A pinch of flour
- Chicken marinade:
- Eggs as needed
- Salt
- Black pepper
- White pepper
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Liquid milk
- Seven-spice blend
- Cinnamon
- White vinegar
- For coating the chicken:
- Ground breadcrumbs
- Avocado sauce:
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, pounded
- A pinch of black pepper
- A pinch of hot pepper

Method
- Cut the chicken breast crosswise into medium-thickness pieces. You can pound the pieces a little if you want them thinner.
- Soak the pieces in vinegar, garlic, pounded ginger, and a pinch of flour (mix them together and soak the chicken in them) for 1 hour.Timers: 60 min

- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the liquid milk, spices, vinegar, and salt (the chicken marinade). Add the chicken to the marinade and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour.Timers: 60 min
- Remove the chicken pieces from the marinade and coat them with the ground breadcrumbs.
- Fry the escalope in plenty of hot oil over medium heat, not high heat.
- Mix the avocado mashed with a fork with the remaining ingredients and serve the sauce alongside the chicken, any way you like.
