Method
- In a deep bowl, combine the milk, salt, sugar, lemon juice, vinegar, and mustard.
- Beat the ingredients well with a whisk, blender, or mixer, then gradually add the oil while continuing to mix.
- Keep beating until you have a thick mixture.
- It is possible for the mixture to thicken before all the oil is added, so just use the amount needed.
- Transfer the mayonnaise to a jar or a tightly sealed container and keep it in the refrigerator for one week.
