- 1 kg chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 3 onions, sliced

- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 300 g mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup corn

- Avocado Sauce (Guacamole):
- 2 ripe avocados
- olive oil
- pinch of salt
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of black pepper
Method
- We marinate the chicken with fajita seasoning and paprika, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and salt, and leave it for about an hour.
- We fry the onion in vegetable oil over high heat until softened... We add the remaining ingredients in batches, always on high heat to preserve the vegetables' flavor.
- Separately, we fry the chicken in a second pan over high heat and add it to the vegetables, then add the mozzarella and stir until the cheese melts.
