  • 1 kg chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 onions, sliced

  • vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 300 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup corn
  • lettuce leaves

  • Avocado Sauce (Guacamole):
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of black pepper

Method

  1. We marinate the chicken with fajita seasoning and paprika, a tablespoon of vegetable oil, and salt, and leave it for about an hour.
  2. We fry the onion in vegetable oil over high heat until softened... We add the remaining ingredients in batches, always on high heat to preserve the vegetables' flavor.
  3. Separately, we fry the chicken in a second pan over high heat and add it to the vegetables, then add the mozzarella and stir until the cheese melts.
