Method
- Whisk the eggs with the various spices listed in the ingredients. Add the flour and whisk the eggs and flour together.
- Place the washed and dried fish fillets in a bowl and pour over the egg and flour mixture for half an hour. After that time, lift the fish from the egg-and-flour mixture and place the pieces one by one on a plate containing the crushed cake crumbs, also called breadcrumbs.
- Fry the fish fillet pieces in plenty of hot oil.
- Serve the crispy fish fillets with a mayonnaise sauce made from pickled cucumber (or gherkin), mayonnaise, and a tablespoon of white vinegar... Blend these ingredients together until you obtain a creamy mixture.
