1 kilogram boneless fish fillets

A pinch of black pepper

A pinch of ground ginger

A pinch of garlic powder

2 eggs

1 cup breadcrumbs (crushed crackers mixed with breadcrumbs)

Salt

A pinch of dried coriander

2 tablespoons flour

Preparation:

Beat the eggs with the spices listed in the ingredients. Add the flour and whisk the eggs and flour together.

Dip the washed and dried fish fillet pieces into the egg-flour mixture for about 30 minutes. After that, remove the fish from the mixture and coat each piece one by one in the breadcrumbs.

Fry the fish fillets in hot, deep oil.
