  • Bone-in chicken pieces, cut and well washed
  • Onion
  • 5 garlic cloves
  • A pinch of curry spice
  • 1 red chili
  • A pinch of turmeric
  • A pinch of chicken seasoning
  • Salt
  • 4 potatoes

Method

  1. Wash the chicken pieces well with salt, lemon, and vinegar, and place them in a colander.
  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them as desired, into cubes or slices.
  3. Mix the chicken with the spices and put them in a baking tray with the potatoes. Add a little oil and a little lukewarm water and cover the tray with aluminum foil.
  4. Simmer the tray over low heat until the chicken is cooked, then put the tray in the oven and remove the foil so the chicken browns.
