Baked Dish of Potato Balls with Chicken and Béchamel Sauce

Ingredients

- 3 chicken fillet pieces, cut into strips
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- A pinch of chicken seasoning
- 2 tablespoons corn oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Potato Balls
- 5 boiled potatoes, mashed
- 1/2 cup liquid milk
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups béchamel sauce, prepared previously

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Heat the oil in a pot over the stove with the butter.
- Add the chicken fillet and cook until the chicken changes color slightly.
- Add the onion, garlic, and spices, and stir until the chicken is cooked.
- Remove the pot from the heat and set aside.
- Mix the boiled and mashed potatoes with parsley, liquid milk, salt, pepper, mozzarella, and butter until the ingredients are well combined.
- Form the mixture into medium-sized balls.
- Spread the chicken mixture in an ovenproof dish or Pyrex, then arrange the potato balls over the chicken.
- Pour the béchamel sauce over the entire dish and sprinkle mozzarella on top with a pinch of paprika.
- Place the dish in a moderate oven for thirty minutes or until it gets a golden color on the bottom.
