The tastiest pasta in a record time—just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- One bundle of long pasta (spaghetti) or any pasta shapes you have and prefer
- 4 garlic cloves
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 cup canned mushrooms
- 1 cup grated Parmesan or mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Pasta seasoning (optional)
- 2 cups fresh cooking cream
Method
- In a pot or deep saucepan, add a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and bring water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta in the boiling water until tender, then drain in a colander.
- Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients while the pasta is cooking.
- Crush the garlic and sauté it over low heat with the butter. Slice the mushrooms thinly and add them to the garlic.
- After draining the pasta, add it to the pan with the garlic and mushrooms.
- Pour the fresh cream over the pasta, mushrooms and garlic and stir the mixture for a few minutes.
- Add black pepper and salt to taste.
- Remove the pasta from the heat, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. If using Parmesan, reduce the salt to avoid an overly salty dish.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
