Beef Tenderloin with Cream
A very tasty and easy recipe to prepare beef tenderloin steak with fresh cream. Serve the steak with rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, or roasted potatoes and vegetables as you prefer.
Ingredients

- 1 kilo beef tenderloin steak
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons mustard
- 1 cup fresh or canned mushrooms
- 1 container of fresh cooking cream
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Season the steak pieces with salt and pepper. Sauté them in a wide skillet with butter. When cooked, remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté minced garlic in a little butter, add the mustard and the chopped mushrooms and cook for a few minutes.
- Add the fresh cream and let the mixture boil for a while. Return the seared meat to the pan and simmer together on low heat for about 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Serve the beef tenderloin with cream alongside pasta or mashed potatoes and vegetables as desired.
