- 4 fillet steak pieces
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Steak seasoning
- Black pepper
- Rosemary
- Bay leaf
- Cardamom pods
- Salt
- Cooked white rice

Method
- Sear the fillet pieces briefly on the heat without any oil or seasoning just until the surface dries.
- In a separate dish, crush the garlic. Adjust the amount of garlic, spices and sauces to the quantity of meat you are cooking.
- Mix the vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, steak seasoning, black pepper, salt, rosemary, bay leaf and cardamom with a little water.
- Pour this mixture over the steak pieces in the pan.
- After it comes to a simmer, reduce to very low heat and cook the steaks until done to your liking. Serve with cooked white rice made with a cube of homemade chicken stock, or with pasta, vegetables, or mushroom sauce.
