  • 1 kilo boneless chicken
  • Cauliflower
  • 2 cups long-grain or Egyptian rice
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sweet spice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • A pinch of ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon oil or ghee
  • Nuts for garnish
  • Lemon juice

  1. Rinse the chicken and simmer it with spices, including bay leaf, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and other seasonings...
  2. Wash the cauliflower well and either fry it or roast it in the oven until semi-cooked, then wash and soak the rice for about 15 minutes...
