Upside-Down Zucchini with Oil
Upside-down zucchini, or zucchini with oil, or fried zucchini... This recipe is simple, but delicious. It is especially good eaten with bread and vegetables, particularly dried or green onions and radishes. It makes a lovely appetizer, and it is an excellent vegetarian and healthy dish.

Ingredients
- 3 large zucchini
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 large onion, dried
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Hot pepper powder
Method
- Cut the zucchini into medium-sized cubes.
- Finely chop the onion and the tomato.
- In a pot over heat, put two tablespoons of oil with a clove of crushed garlic and sauté.
- Add the onion and sauté.
- Add the zucchini and sauté until it wilts.
- Add the tomato, salt, black pepper, and hot pepper and stir.
- Leave the upside-down zucchini on the heat until it is fully cooked and serve it.
