Ingredients
- 1 red apple
- 2 tablespoons oats
- 1 1/4 cups skim milk
- 4 soft dates
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
- Heat the milk until it is lukewarm, then wash the apples and cut them into cubes
- Place the apples over the milk with the dates and oats, cover, and let the mixture soak for about 20 minutes so it soaks wellTimers: 20 min
- In the blender put only the apples and dates and blend them well
- Pour the milk, cinnamon, and ice over them and blend again
