Ingredients

  • 1 red apple
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 1/4 cups skim milk
  • 4 soft dates
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Ice

Method

  1. Heat the milk until it is lukewarm, then wash the apples and cut them into cubes
  2. Place the apples over the milk with the dates and oats, cover, and let the mixture soak for about 20 minutes so it soaks well
    Timers: 20 min
  3. In the blender put only the apples and dates and blend them well
  4. Pour the milk, cinnamon, and ice over them and blend again
