Philly cheesesteak... a very delicious homemade recipe
Ingredients
Start here, then move straight into the method.
- Tender lean beef, sliced like shawarma meat
- Sliced onion
- Sliced carrot
- Sliced bell pepper
- Mushrooms
- Corn
- Marinade
- Soy sauce
- Vinegar
- Oregano
- Philly cheesesteak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce or tomato juice to help keep the meat tender

Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Marinate the meat with the vegetables for at least two hours.
- Put a little oil in the pot and cook the meat over low heat with the pot covered... until it is well cooked.
- Add a little salt if needed, because soy sauce is salty.
- Fill the French bread with the Philly mixture and add a little fries, coleslaw with mayonnaise and slices of cheddar cheese.
- Place the sandwiches briefly on the griddle until the cheese melts and the sandwiches toast.
- Serve immediately while hot.
