Philly cheesesteak... a very delicious homemade recipe

Ingredients:

Tender lean beef, sliced like shawarma meat Sliced onion Sliced carrot Sliced bell pepper Mushrooms Corn

For the marinade:

Soy sauce Vinegar Oregano Philly cheesesteak seasoning 1 tablespoon tomato sauce or tomato juice to help keep the meat tender To serve: Hoagie rolls French fries Coleslaw with mayonnaise Cheddar cheese

Method:

Marinate the meat with the vegetables and seasoning for at least 2 hours
Heat a little oil in a pot and cook the meat over low heat, covered, until fully cooked
Add a little salt if needed, since the soy sauce is salty
Fill the hoagie rolls with the Philly cheesesteak mixture, then add a little French fries, coleslaw with mayonnaise, and slices of cheddar cheese
Toast the sandwiches briefly on a griddle so the cheese melts and the sandwiches are lightly toasted
Serve immediately while hot
