Beef Tacos
Here is a Mexican beef taco recipe to add variety to your table... An easy, delicious, and quick-to-make dish you’ll surely love!
Ingredients

- Finely minced beef
- Sweet red bell pepper
- Sweet green bell pepper
- Sweet yellow bell pepper
- Peas
- Carrots
- Corn kernels
- A box of ready taco shells with seasoning and sauce
- Chopped lettuce for serving
- Grated mozzarella cheese (optional)
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Fry the minced beef in a little oil until it just dries... add the sliced colored peppers and sauté briefly..
- Then add the corn, peas, and carrots and stir until the ingredients are cooked.
- Add the taco seasoning or a mix of spices consisting of ground sweet red pepper (paprika), crushed garlic, black pepper, and powdered onion, and stir then remove the filling from the heat...
- You can add a packet of ready-made taco sauce if available.
- Arrange the ready taco shells on a baking tray and put them in a preheated oven at 160°C for about 8 to 10 minutes...Timers: 10 min
- When the taco shells are toasted, remove them from the oven, put a little chopped lettuce in them, then the taco beef filling, and sprinkle cheese as desired...
