Recipe story

The tastiest pasta in a record time—just 5 minutes!

Ingredients

  • One bundle of long pasta (spaghetti) or any pasta shapes you have and prefer
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 cup canned mushrooms
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan or mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Pasta seasoning (optional)
  • 2 cups fresh cooking cream

Method

  1. In a pot or deep saucepan, add a little olive oil, a pinch of salt and bring water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta in the boiling water until tender, then drain in a colander.
  3. Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the ingredients while the pasta is cooking.
  4. Crush the garlic and sauté it over low heat with the butter. Slice the mushrooms thinly and add them to the garlic.
  5. After draining the pasta, add it to the pan with the garlic and mushrooms.
  6. Pour the fresh cream over the pasta, mushrooms and garlic and stir the mixture for a few minutes.
  7. Add black pepper and salt to taste.
  8. Remove the pasta from the heat, transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with the grated cheese. If using Parmesan, reduce the salt to avoid an overly salty dish.
  9. Garnish with a sprinkle of fresh parsley if desired.
