Ingredients
- 1 kg shrimp, washed and cleaned
- 2 cups cream
- 1 small onion
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
- Pinch of ground sweet red pepper (paprika)
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of dried basil
- Salt
- Pinch of white pepper
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Method
- Finely chop the onion, green bell pepper, and red bell pepper.
- Mince the garlic and add it to the ingredients. Place all ingredients in a pot with vegetable oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, and peppers until softened.
- Add the shrimp and sauté well with the onion and garlic for about 5 minutes.Timers: 5 min
- Add the herbs and spices and sauté the ingredients together for a while.
- * Add the cream and stir the mixture well, then add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste dissolved in 1 cup of water.
- Let the mixture boil for 5 minutes, then reduce the heat.Timers: 5 min
