Method

Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.

  1. Mix the marinade ingredients and spices well and add them to the meat ...
  2. Leave the meat to marinate overnight.
  3. You can serve sautéed vegetables with the steak as desired and depending on availability. You can prepare potatoes left unpeeled, carrots, peas, and sliced zucchini, in addition to baby corn, green beans, mushrooms, and cherry tomatoes.....
  4. Cook the assorted vegetables by steaming (you can also boil them), then put a pat of butter in a wide pan and toss the vegetables with salt and black pepper.
  5. Mix all the ingredients and you can add more water until the sauce becomes slightly liquid.
  6. At serving time, grill the meat on the grill or barbecue; when the steak is cooked, pour pomegranate molasses sauce over it and return it to the heat for several minutes so it absorbs the flavor well, then remove it from the heat.
  7. Serve the steak with the pomegranate sauce and with the sautéed, boiled, or fried vegetables.
