How to Make a Potato and Egg Loaf
A very easy recipe for making a potato and egg loaf. This is a practical recipe that can be prepared in a short time with ingredients that are easy to find and at low cost.

- 4 potatoes
- 1 onion
- 3 eggs, or as desired
- Salt
- Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Method

- Fry the potatoes cut into small cubes with dried onion.
- When the potatoes are cooked, remove them and set them aside...
- Mix the fried potatoes with the parsley and egg mixture, a pinch of salt and black pepper, and pour the mixture into a nonstick frying pan greased with a little vegetable oil.
