Trader's Pocket Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

- Toast bread
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
- A pinch of sweet red ground paprika
- Cinnamon
- Black pepper
- Salt
- Bread
- Boneless chicken, cut into small cubes
- Onion
- Garlic
- 1 pepper
- A pinch of curry powder
- A pinch of chicken seasoning
- Chicken
Method
Follow the cooking sequence without leaving the page.
- Put the eggs in a large dish with the spices and mix well; in a second dish place the breadcrumbs or crushed crackers.
- Dip the toast pieces in the egg then in the breadcrumbs and fry them in plenty of oil, pouring oil over the top until they puff up; turn and fry both sides until browned.
- Using a thin knife, open the tops of the toast pieces to place the chicken inside them.
- Fry the onion in a little corn oil, then add the garlic and fry well; add the chicken pieces, spices and pepper and stir over high heat until the chicken is fully cooked.
- After the chicken is cooked, turn off the heat, add the mayonnaise and cheese and mix well, then place the filling into the fried toast with lettuce leaves.
- Roll the toast slices without the crusts using a rolling pin, then cut them into circles or any shape you like
