- 1 kg boneless chicken
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- pinch black pepper
- mozzarella cheese
Method
- Slice the chicken into cutlets and add vinegar, the spices, soy sauce, and yogurt on top.
- Let the chicken marinate in the spices and sauce for at least 3 hours. Then fry the seasoned chicken in a little oil, and when the chicken is cooked add mozzarella cheese to it.Timers: 180 min
