Ingredients

  • Chicken breast or boneless thighs - 1 kilo
  • Salt
  • Cornstarch, 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon
  • 1/4 cup liquid milk
  • 1 cup water
  • Chicken seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon
  • White pepper, 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • For coating:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup finely ground crackers
  • Baking powder, 2 tablespoons
  • The spices mentioned above
  • Water and ice

Method

  1. Put 1 cup of water and 1/4 cup of liquid milk with the salt, half of the spices mentioned, and the cornstarch, then whisk everything well.
  2. Soak the chicken cut into thick strips lengthwise in this marinade... leave it in the fridge for 3 hours.
    Timers: 180 min
  3. Prepare the flour, baking powder, ground crackers, and the remaining half of the spices mentioned.
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in this coating, and each time you finish a piece, place it in a bowl with ice water, then return the piece and coat it again with the flour and cracker mixture.
  5. Place the chicken in the freezer for half an hour before frying in plenty of hot oil.
  6. Fry the crispy chicken over medium heat until golden brown.
