Ingredients
- 3 large potatoes, peeled and well washed
- 1 small cup white vinegar
- Salt
- Oil for frying
Method
- Cut the potatoes into thin round slices
- Soak them in a bowl of very cold water with the vinegar... leave them to soak for about an hour
- After the time has passed, drain them and dry them well, then season with salt
- Fry them in plenty of hot oil until they turn golden
