Chicken with Cream and Lemon

In just one pan you can make chicken with cream and lemon! Quick, easy, and incredibly tasty.

Ingredients

Start here, then move straight into the method.

  • 1 kg chicken breast, cut into large pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or sweet red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup heavy cooking cream
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
  • Lemon juice

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients with the chicken and marinate overnight or at least 2 hours...
    Timers: 120 min
  2. After the required marination, in a large nonstick skillet, brown the chicken over high heat until cooked through, then transfer to another plate...
  3. In the same pan, add 1/2 cup water with 1 cup cream, 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, and lemon juice to taste...
  4. Let the cream mixture boil for about 5 minutes, then add the chicken and simmer for about 10 minutes or until cooked; garnish with lemon slices and rosemary
