  • 1 teaspoon fish seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric, or turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon curry
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of chili
  • 1 cup flour
  • Mustard
  • Mayonnaise

  3. Dip the shrimp in the egg, then in the flour. Repeat the egg-and-flour coating once or twice more.
  4. Fry the shrimp in plenty of hot oil for just 5 minutes, or until the pieces turn golden.
    Timers: 5 min
  5. Serve the breaded shrimp with fries and salads such as coleslaw or green salad.
