- Chicken breast, cut into thick slices
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Ground cinnamon
- Oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon flour
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Method

- Wash the chicken well, pat dry, then season with salt and spices.
- Put a little vegetable oil in a pan and cook the chicken over low heat so it doesn’t dry out.
- When the chicken is cooked, add lemon juice to taste, then add 1 tablespoon of flour dissolved in 1 tablespoon of water to the sauce so it thickens slightly.
- Let it simmer briefly, then remove the pan from the heat.
- Garnish the lemon chicken breast with parsley and serve with plain white rice.
- Fry 1 cup of well-washed and well-drained rice: sauté it in a little oil or ghee until it absorbs the fat.
